Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or production environment, with a focus on tagging, labeling, and operating machinery. This role involves building boxes for shipment, applying labels, packaging products, and following work orders. Attention to detail and the ability to complete paperwork accurately is essential.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and stitch cardboard boxes for shipment.Apply labels to boxes and package products.Follow simple work orders and document daily activities on paperwork sheets.Print labels and prepare shipment documentation.Stack small drums onto skids and prepare them for shipment.Learn and follow oil/resin procedures to mix batches for machine operations.Opportunities to learn complex machine operations and advance to a machine operator role.Essential Skills1 year of warehouse experience tagging and labeling products.1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.Attention to detail and ability to complete accurate paperwork.Reliable transportation.High School Diploma or GED.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 year of machine operation experience is preferred.Ability to learn more complex machine operations.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The RIDC location features an industrial setting with a warehouse area, operating from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime or Saturday work. The Blawnox location has similar hours for the daylight shift, with additional second and third shifts available. Steel-toed shoes are required, with other safety equipment provided as needed.
