Job Title: Production Worker WEEKLY PAY WITH DAY SHIFT

Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for handling powdered milk and ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. Your duties will include loading and unloading materials, inspecting products for quality, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and accurately documenting production information.

ResponsibilitiesLoad powdered milk into the hopper.Fold and put away cardboard slip-sheets.Remove and stack all pallets in a separate pile.Inspect product for foreign material and imperfections. If found, segregate suspect product and report to Quality Assurance.Perform cleaning procedures according to manufacturer's suggested cleanings.Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly fashion, including the entire corrugated warehouse.Operate all powdered milk machinery according to manufacturer's suggestions in the Semi-Bulk System.Operate and perform inspections of the dust collector, including emptying the collector after every silo.Record all documentation of Lot Numbers of powdered milk used in the silo fortification record, both hand-written and computer-based. Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Properly add and remove information in the SAP program.Rotate stock in accordance with FIFO (first in-first out).Scan packages into SAP.Communicate all downtime to supervisors.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment includes operating various machinery and maintaining cleanliness in the production and warehouse areas. Employees are expected to follow corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements, with a focus on minimizing water usage and chemical use. The position may require working all shifts, including weekends.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.66 - $21.66/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in New Castle,PA.
