**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers great room for advancement, ample training, and excellent benefits starting from day one. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with team members in a physical role that involves consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching. + Lift products in groups, with a maximum weight of 40 pounds. + Read a tape measure and use various tools with mechanical aptitude. + Assist the operator in checking the quality of products, monitoring production, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. + Work off of a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions. + Use a computer to make adjustments to pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes. + Lay out the final product and perform final assembly. + Perform inspections to ensure product quality. + Use hand tools, work from blueprints, and manufacture products based on work orders. + Maintain an organized and clean work station, following safety regulations. + Meet daily production goals and understand the quantity of work expected. **Essential Skills** + Experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. + Comfortable working in a collaborative setting. + One year of machine operating experience. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Trade school education. + Automotive experience. + Assembly experience. + Blueprint reading. **Why Work Here?** We offer significant growth opportunities, with most leads and supervisors promoted from within.
