Production Worker
Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

The candidate will store and gather production tools and accessories for machines to meet the needs of the production team. They will inspect, troubleshoot problems with tooling, and perform basic tool assembly. The role involves basic preventative maintenance on tools, such as cleaning, polishing, and grinding. The candidate will be on their feet for the entire shift and will need to move around the tool room to gather necessary parts and tools.

Work Environment

Shift: 1st shift from 6:50am-3pm, 2nd shift, 3rd shift from 10:50pm-7am. Tool room technicians will work with one other employee in the tool room but must be willing to assist in other areas as needed. The dress code requires steel toe shoes or boots, no hoodies or clothing with strings, no loose clothing, shorts that are mid-thigh or longer, no tank tops, and shirts with sleeves. Bandanas or doo rags are allowed without a hairnet, but no hats are permitted. Religious headwear is acceptable if athletic styled and in company colors. Nail polish, fake nails, fake eyelashes, body piercings, and all jewelry must be removed.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
