Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Worker to join their team in Monroe Township, NJ. This role involves monitoring automated machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and handling packaging tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure machines are operating correctly.Package and replace boxes within the machines as needed.Oversee up to three machines at a time, moving between them as necessary.Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and follow production schedules.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new tasks.Responsible and able to communicate effectively with managers.Comfortable being on their feet for extended periods.Ability to work efficiently in a high-speed production setting.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hourMonday: 8:15 AM – 8:15 PM (12-hour shift)Tuesday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AMWednesday & Thursday: 11:45 PM – 8:15 AMSunday: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
