**Job Title: General Production Worker - 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
The candidate will work on the production line, assembling materials and operating machines. They will lift products off the line, inspect them, and box them for shipment. The role may also involve assembling components. Positions are rotated based on preference.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work on the production line assembling materials.
+ Operate machinery as part of the production process.
+ Inspect parts for defects before packaging.
+ Lift and place products into boxes for shipment.
+ Rotate through different positions based on preference.
**Essential Skills**
+ Manufacturing Experience - 6 months of recent experience.
+ Experience as a production worker, operator, assembler, or in a warehouse position within the last 6 months.
+ Ability to lift 40 lbs.
+ Visual inspection experience, identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanical skills.
+ Experience in machine operating.
**Why Work Here?**
Employees receive a shift premium even while training during the day for the first 90 days. There is a monthly attendance bonus of $60 once the employee is direct. The health benefits are excellent, with HAP and a $250 deductible, and Delta Dental with a $0 copay. The company has a profit-sharing program at the end of each year, which can range from $600 to $1300 depending on attendance, performance, and safety.
**Work Environment**
The work environment is a plastic manufacturing setting, which can be hot during the summer. Employees will work with another operator and have a supervisor overseeing the machine. The dress code includes work pants, a work shirt, closed-toed shoes, and safety glasses.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
