Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Workers for our night shift to perform a variety of tasks within our production facility. This role involves working with machinery to ensure products meet quality standards and assisting in maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. ResponsibilitiesReview job specifications to determine material requirements.Perform general production and labor duties.Operate machinery to cut or guide materials to specific lengths as indicated by scales, rules, or templates.Observe machine operations to detect product defects or malfunctions.Inspect products for inconsistencies or abnormal appearances to ensure they meet quality standards.Assist other operators in setting up machines and completing tasks to meet deadlines.Maintain housekeeping in an orderly fashion in the assigned area.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis.Essential SkillsExperience as a machine operator or production operator.Familiarity with high-speed production lines.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood job tenure is required; candidates with a history of job hopping will not be considered.Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred, though candidates with warehouse or other relevant experience will be considered.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in a medium-sized plant that is very dirty and hot, and not climate-controlled. Employees must wear steel-toed boots; hard hats, gloves, and glasses are provided. Training will be conducted on the first shift for a minimum of two weeks, with typical training hours from 4am to 2:30pm, Tuesday to Friday. Post-training, the first shift hours are from 4am to 2pm, Tuesday to Saturday, or Wednesday to Sunday, with potential overtime extending the shift to 4am to 4pm. The second shift runs from 4pm to 2:30am, Monday to Thursday, with potential overtime extending the shift to 4pm to 4:30am, and possible changes to Monday to Friday schedules with occasional Saturday work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
