This position is at a large manufacturing facility that primarily produces magnetic wire used in various industries such as automotive, residential and commercial appliances, energy, and industrial sectors. Candidates will be responsible for monitoring machines, storing finished products in the warehouse, performing quality inspections, and welding. The machines are mostly automated, and candidates must ensure they operate correctly according to customer specifications.
ResponsibilitiesOperate machines and ensure they function correctly according to specifications.Store finished products in the warehouse.Perform quality inspections on products.Handle welding tasks as required.Operate forklifts for approximately 15% of the time.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.Participate in training programs to fully understand the production process.Essential SkillsAbility to work safely and without consistent supervision.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.Ability to work 12-hour shifts.Open mind to being trained on a forklift.Strong tenure at previous employers.Ability to read, write, and understand written work orders in English.Shift & Pay3rd shift (8 PM - 8 AM) on a 2/2/3 schedule$20.40 with a $1.25 shift differentialPay increases $0.25 after 3 months and the potential for more wage increases throughout your first year!
Work Environment
The facility is very clean but can get loud and hot in some areas depending on the department. The company is expanding, adding to the building to grow the warehouse and install new lines!

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.40 - $21.65/hr.
