Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing quality checks, making small mechanical adjustments, and packaging products. Your role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality stainless steel band clamps for the oil and gas industry.

ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery that produces clamps, sometimes managing up to two machines at a time.Feed product into the machine and perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.Make small mechanical adjustments on machines as needed.Stand by the machine and report any defects or breakdowns.Package and label the product once it has been processed through the machine.Select tools and parts for the machine on a daily basis.Essential SkillsAt least 6 months of production or manufacturing experience.Ability to stand in one place for long periods.Basic mechanical skills for small adjustments on machines.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious machine operation experience is not required but is advantageous.Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment.Comfortable working independently after training.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our manufacturing environment is clean, well-kept, and loud due to the production of steel products. After initial training, you will work primarily by yourself but in proximity to other team members. The dress code includes steel-toed boots and jeans without holes.

Shift and Pay:

2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm) $20.00hr3rd Shift (10pm-6:30am) $20.50hr

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DENVER, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $23.00/hr.
