Our client in the automotive supply chain industry is seeking Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, excellent attendance record and ability to work effectively as a team member and independently which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Production Worker** **Location: Forest, VA** **Pay Range: $16 per hour** **What’s the Job?** + Flipping fiberglass headliner sheets at the end of the production line and stacking the sheets onto pallets + Operating a forklift to move full pallets to the staging area + Visual product inspection and machine setup + Periodically clean out the machine to prevent fire hazards **What’s Needed?** + Successful candidates will have 4-7 years of continuous manufacturing experience + Able to work with a fiberglass product + Willingness to learn to operate a forklift or have prior experience with forklifts + Satisfactory background check and drug screen **What’s in it for me?** + Competitive pay rate of $16 per hour + Day shift working 12 hours from 7 am to 7 pm + Rotating shift schedule working 3-4 days per week and every other weekend + Weekly pay + Temp to hire opportunity If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
