Our client, a leading agricultural company specializing in fresh produce, is seeking Production Worker to join their team in Bakersfield, CA. This role involves placing finished master bags, cartons, and trays onto pallets while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining efficient product flow through the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain work schedules and daily production paperwork to prepare for operations.Ensure all safety devices are functioning properly.Rotate through line stations every two hours or as directed.Position proper packaging supplies (bag rolls, cartons, trays) at assigned workstations.Assemble cartons and trays by folding flaps and securing tabs.Seal cartons and manipulate full cartons/trays on the packing conveyor.Stack and palletize products according to proper patterns.Notify supervisors of any discrepancies or out-of-place items.Assemble trays, build totes, and line them with plastic as required.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience.Ability to work mandatory overtime and weekends as needed.Willingness to work 9-12 hour shifts with day off rotations.

Pay & Schedule:

$16.50 to $17.00Monday - Friday - With mandatory overtime and weekends as required.Shifts: 9 to 12-hour shifts with day off rotations.
