**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Candidates will use hand tools and a tape measure to follow work instructions and assemble various components of flooring and drop ceiling products. All lifting will be done as a team, but candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 30-35 lbs on their own a few times per shift. There is also an opportunity to train on machinery once hired on.
**Responsibilities**
+ Learn and have a working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the department.
+ Monitor operation, make minor adjustments, and perform preventative maintenance such as cleaning the line.
+ Position parts and monitor operations on equipment while producing products at established production standards.
+ Report problems to Team Leader or Supervisor.
+ Make minor set-up changes including changing saw blades, mills, drills, and set-ups for various size production parts.
+ Inspect parts to verify specifications meet quality standards while maintaining established production standards.
+ Read and follow Manufacturing Operating Procedures or Standard Operating Procedures without deviation unless approved by Supervision.
+ Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately as required.
+ Efficiently use banding equipment and hand-jacks for proper movement or storage of product or material.
+ Keep the supervisor informed of problems and equipment that is not operating properly.
+ Follow all safety regulations and guidelines.
+ Maintain good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures.
+ Report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.
**Shift**
First shift paying $17.75 an hour & Second shift paying $18.35 an hour!
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.35/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Dallastown,PA.
