Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Sumterville, FL

Pay Rate: $18/hr - $23/hr

Shift: Night shift (6 PM - 6 AM, Monday - Friday)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Worker to join our team in Sumterville, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term growth potential and benefits. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of metal materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general housekeeping duties around the facility to maintain a clean and safe working environment.Operate machinery to press and bend pieces of metal as needed.Assist with the recycling process by handling, sorting, and processing metal materials.Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating production machinery is required.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
