**Production Worker** **Job Description** We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers significant room for advancement, comprehensive training, and excellent benefits from day one. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with team members in a physical role requiring standing, lifting, kneeling, and crouching throughout the shift. + Lift products in groups (not exceeding 40 pounds per lift). + Read a tape measurer, use tools, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude. + Assist the operator with quality checks, monitor production, and ensure KPIs are met. + Work off of a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions. + Use a computer to adjust pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes. + Lay out the final product and perform final assembly. + Inspect products to ensure quality. + Use hand tools and work from blueprints and work orders. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following safety regulations. + Meet daily production goals. **Essential Skills** + Experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. + Ability to work collaboratively. + One year of machine operating experience. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Trade school education. + Automotive experience. + Assembly experience. + Blueprint reading. **Why Work Here?** We offer room for growth with most leads and supervisors promoted from within. Employees work in different shifts: IMC Assembly (6:00am - 2:15pm, 2:00pm - 10:15pm, 10:00pm - 6:15am), Roto Assembly (6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, 10:00pm - 6:00am), and Roto (6:00am - 2:15pm, 2:00pm - 10:15pm, 10:00pm - 6:15am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
