Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team and perform quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner. Specifically applying Drywall Finishing skills to the interior of the homes.\n
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nAble to apply mud on 1st and 2nd coats with a high degree of quality.\nFlexibility and willingness to perform other duties in addition to tape and texture.\nPerforms all manual labor in the area to which assigned.\nKeeps area neat and clean.\nMust work well with others as a team and be able to take direction to accomplish goals.\nHighly productive & motivated with a sense of urgency to meet a demanding work schedule.\nPunctual with good attendance.\nMust pay particular attention to safety and quality.\nRead blueprints and orders\nCommunicate well with coworkers\n\n

Qualifications \n\nLess than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPrevious experience in manufacturing\/modular housing desired.\n\n
