Summary \n

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.\n
\n

Qualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience\/training\nAbility to read a tape measure\nAbility to stand for long periods of time and lift\/move up to 50 lbs.\n\n

Previous experience in manufacturing\/modular housing is desired but not required.\n
\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities \n\nPerforms all manual labor in the area to which assigned\nKeeps area neat and clean\nReads and use a tape measure\nReads blueprints and orders\nCommunicates well with coworkers\nUses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools\nOther duties may be assigned.\n\n
\n

Work Schedule\n

The typical schedule for this position is 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.\n

Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum, occasional scheduling changes may be required.\n
\n

Education and\/or Experience \n

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 6-12 months related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n
\n
