Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nFinish panels by filling cracks with plaster\nSeal joints\nSmooth any imperfections on walls and ceilings\nPainting and Sanding\nUse hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools\n\n

Each of these departments are separate but work together, having knowledge of both is beneficial.\n

Competencies \n\nMust be able to read and use tape measure\nMust be able to read blueprints and orders\nMust understand safety procedures\nMust live the Champion Operating Principles\n\n

Qualifications \n\nLess than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nSome experience in painting, sanding, and drywall finishing.\n\n
