Production Worker\n

FLSA Status: Non-exempt\n

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured
housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
\u2022 Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
\u2022 Keeps area neat and clean.
\u2022 Read and use a tape measure
\u2022 Read blue prints and orders
\u2022 Communicate well with coworkers
\u2022 Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools\n

Competencies
\u2022 Must have a strong work ethic
\u2022 Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
\u2022 Must understand safety procedures
\u2022 Must have good teamwork skills
\u2022 Must live the Champion Operating Principles\n

Qualifications
\u2022 Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
\u2022 Previous experience in manufacturing\/modular housing desired.\n
