**Job Title: Production Worker-Apply ASAP!** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and skilled Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on the production line to ensure vehicles are modified efficiently and accurately. This role requires the ability to identify problems early, use various power tools, and work both independently and collaboratively. **Responsibilities** + Install wheelchair ramps in transit vans. + Lift up to 50 pounds. + Assemble components using hand and power tools. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Keep vehicles moving through the production line to final inspection. + Move to different sections of the production line to prevent bottlenecks. + Identify and solve problems early in the production process. + Use a variety of power tools including bandsaws, circular saws, jig saws, routers, soldering irons, micro torches, drills, screw guns, utility knives, and air saws. + Work independently and with a team to meet daily production goals. + Use measuring tape accurately. + Work with chemicals as required. + Track supplies and equipment, notifying the manager of inventory levels. + Adapt and learn new areas of the production line or new builds. + Train new hires in your area of responsibility as needed. + Comply with company core values. + Complete other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly and use of hand and power tools. + Comfortable reading blueprints and schematics. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Ability to perform various physical activities including walking, standing, and stooping. + Capable of working in a fast-paced environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with upfitting vehicles is preferred. + Ability to work with chemicals. + Knowledge of safety programs, trainings, and PPE guidelines. **Why Work Here?** We offer various benefits including steel toe reimbursement, 40 hours of PTO after 90 days, prescription eye protection reimbursement, 7 paid holidays, and benefits after 30 days. **Work Environment** Work in a nice facility that is non-climate controlled.
