**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are currently seeking production associates to join our manufacturing team at our Lewis Center, OH facility. This role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with various departments, including a main warehouse, machine shop, and production rooms. The facility accommodates close to 200 employees across three shifts, with some areas being climate controlled. We have openings for six production associates across all three shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd). **Responsibilities** + Exhibit good manual dexterity with the ability to work with very small parts under a microscope. + Maintain a detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and accuracy. + Work around chemicals and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). + Manage multiple tasks and priorities while keeping the workplace neat and orderly. + Show initiative and internal drive for achieving results. + Prioritize tasks and determine the appropriate order of tasks according to their importance. + Comprehend and successfully follow documented procedures. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing work history + Mechanical aptitude + Experience with hand and power tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a production/manufacturing setting is a plus + Machine operation, production assembly, small part assembly, or mechanical assembly skills are advantageous + General labor, packaging, general production, hand tool usage, machine operating, production assembly, manufacturing industry, mechanical assembly, electronic assembly, and grinding experience + Strong teamwork skills, including communication and collaboration + Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment + Capability to occasionally lift up to 20-35 lbs + Positive attitude towards work and team + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Basic computer skills + Must be at least 18 years of age **Why Work Here?** In addition to great starting wages, we offer our associates medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
