**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** As a production worker, you will utilize hand and power tools to build medical stools and other medical chairs. This role involves working with wood, foam, rubber, and vinyl materials, and requires precision in fitting and aligning parts to required tolerances. You will follow work instructions to build products and may use a spray gun to glue foam to substrates, depending on the department. **Responsibilities** + Utilize hand and power tools to build medical stools and chairs. + Fit and align parts to required tolerances. + Work with materials such as wood, foam, rubber, and vinyl. + Read and follow work instructions to build products. + Glue foam to substrates using a spray gun, depending on the department. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year(s) of recent mechanical assembly experience or experience in construction, home remodeling, or auto mechanics. + Ability to lift 50lbs and twist/bend as the units are sitting on the floor. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly. + Ability to read blueprints. + Forklift operation experience. + Proficiency in using a tape measure. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where longevity is common and attrition is low.
