_17-19 per hour_ | _San Jacinto, CA, USA_ | _Hourly_ | _Full Time_ Job Title: Line Roller FLSA Status: Non-exempt Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line as part of a team building homes, and perform quality work quickly in a safe and consistent manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Use torque pusher to roll home from station to station • Sweep in between homes • Sort recyclable materials • Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned • Keeps area neat and clean • Stock materials as needed • Communicate quickly and concisely with coworkers • Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools to assist production Competencies • Must have a strong work ethic • Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically • Must understand and adhere to safety procedures • Must have good teamwork skills • Must live the Champion Operating Principles Qualifications • Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Previous experience in manufacturing or manufactured housing desired. The employee may be exposed to precarious places and fumes or airborne particles. Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually loud due to the rapid fire of pneumatic tools, scaffolds being moved up and down, forklifts emptying dumpster, horns being used prior to moving homes and other environmental noises throughout the production area. Hearing protection and safety eyewear are required in the production areas.
