Nature’s World is a Charlie's Produce company and is an employee owned and operated business that started at the Walker Family kitchen table in Lake Tapps, Washington. They have been delivering premium dried fruit, nuts, trail mixes, candies and other snacks since January of 1987. Today the company operates out of Seattle WA and is seeking a Production Associate for our Nature World production team.

$20.00 per hour Dependant on Experience and Location of RolePotential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure ResponsibilitiesSchedule
Monday through Friday withan occasional Saturday.
6:00am-2:30pm or 7:30am to 4:00pm
The Role
The Production Associate will assist with the operation of the production line(s) of individual snack food items. Manually run the label machine, refilling labels, adjustments of rails and head heights, accurate placement of labels on tubs, etc. Train new employees on GMPs, sanitation, mixing, production, and labeling.
