Production Worker (Part-Time Position) \n

The Production Worker is responsible for doing contract work such as assembly, inspection, recycling, cleaning and other direct labor operations at one of Monarch's industrial or manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include working with and providing team support to participants hired for development and competitive employment positions. Production, manufacturing and\/or warehouse operations may operate under contract at a community-based client's site or at a Contract Services work center site. \n

Education & Experience Requirement\n

Six months of related experience.\n

Combination of education and experience which, in the judgement of the employer, equals above standards.\n

Physical Demands & Working Conditions\n

Work requires consistent physical exertion equivalent to lifting up to 50 pounds, for approximately 25% - 75% of their workday, while assisting consumers, moving materials and\/or operating equipment. Incumbents are frequently exposed to undesirable environmental conditions. Position requirements for physical stamina, endurance, and physical manipulation are significant. Accountabilities require sustained amounts of time sitting, walking and\/or standing. The use of safety equipment and\/or specific precautions is required.\n
