QUALIFICATIONS\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience\/training\nAbility to read a tape measure\nAbility to stand for long periods of time and lift\/move up to 50 lbs\n\n

Previous experience in manufacturing\/modular housing is desired but not required. Do you have a passion for building? Are you attentive to safety? WORK SCHEDULE\n

The typical schedule for this position is 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.\n

Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum, occasional scheduling changes may be required.\n

FLSA Status: Non-exempt\n

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nPerforms all manual labor in the area to which assigned.\nKeeps area neat and clean.\nRead and use a tape measure\nRead blueprints and orders\nCommunicate well with coworkers\nUse hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools\n\n

Qualifications \n\nHigh school education\/GED; related experience or training.\nPrevious experience in manufacturing\/modular housing desired.\n\n
