Responsibilities:
Assemble vinyl and plastic extrusion parts according to company specifications.
Use and read a tape measure accurately down to the 1/16th of an inch.
Follow production schedules to meet deadlines and maintain output quality.
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed throughout the shift.
Ensure all equipment and tools are used safely and maintained properly.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and resolve issues.
Comply with company policies and safety procedures.
Work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as required.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience in vinyl or plastic extrusion processes is a plus.
Familiarity with shift work and flexibility to occasionally work different shifts as needed.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
Proficient in using and reading a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Must be reliable and punctual.
