Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPEFollow routine verbal and written instructions while adhering to CGMPs, SOPs, and SSOPsPerform various production tasks, including weighing, granulation, compression, blending, coating, and packagingOperate and maintain manufacturing equipmentMonitor production processes and quality controlPerform lockout & tagout proceduresWorking effectively in a team environment to support production goalsAssist with training new team members on procedures and equipment usageHelp to create a company culture of safety by following all safety policies and safe work practices.Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
Have 1 year of manufacturing/production experience (ideally in food, beverage, or dairy processing)Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Basic computer skills.Need to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry up to 50 lbs.We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
