**Job Title: Production Operator ($20.63)** **Location: Bloomsburg, PA** **Job Description** + Applicants must be focused on detail and possess good communication skills. Individuals must be willing to work safely and contribute to a continuous improvement, team environment. The role involves working with machine-based equipment, saws, punch press, and milling machines. + Candidates must also be able to utilize hand and power tools, read basic shop drawings, measurements, fractions, and decimals. Aluminum product knowledge is beneficial but not required. + Manufacturing and production experience or experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, even if it's just working with basic tools around the house. + This is a Union facility, and contractors will be required to pay dues of around $49 per month. **Work Schedule** + Shifts are 12 hours: 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. + 1st: 6a - 6p + 3rd: 6p - 6a **Hard Skills** + Experience with machine-based equipment + Experience with saws, punch press, and milling machines + Ability to utilize hand and power tools + Ability to read basic shop drawings, measurements, fractions, and decimals **If you're interested - Apply today!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.63 - $20.63 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
