We partner with our customers to deliver extraordinary materials that enable our customers to reach new heights with their demanding applications.Successful Production Workers ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently and are able to identify opportunities to enhance production efficiencies without compromising quality.As a Production Worker you must be willing towork multiple shifts, weekends, and overtime in our heavy industrial environment.Essential Functions:Operate both small and large mobile equipmentOperate cranes using a remote radio control box or in an overhead cabWork with a team in the various facilities to produce world class coil products. Some tasks require routine interaction with computer interfaces.Assist and support routine maintenance activitiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent, Vo-Tech Certificate or associate degree in electrical, mechanical or other related curriculum1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry with transferrable skills.Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension. Ability to read instructions, do basic math and perform simple measurements is critical.Reading, math & problem-solving skills with electrical or mechanical aptitude.Ability and willingness to operate and/or maintain a variety of operating units,Work shifts, weekends, and overtime in an industrial environment.Demonstrated ability to work safely as a team member.Additional InformationThis position offers competitive salary and benefits and the opportunity to expand your skills within a company that offers both a diverse workforce and a welcoming company culture.
