Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Trial Practice Group in their Philadelphia office. Attorneys in this hybrid role will focus on products liability and general litigation matters. This is a non-partnership track position.

  Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. 3–5 years of substantive experience in products liability litigation (toxic tort) and general litigation. Strong presence and advocacy skills, with the ability to inspire confidence. Superior research and writing skills. Entrepreneurial drive and initiative. Knowledge or experience in asbestos litigation is a plus.   Key Responsibilities: Handle a range of products liability and toxic tort cases, managing all aspects of litigation from discovery through resolution. Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare pleadings and other legal documents. Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and trials. Collaborate with the trial team to develop and execute litigation strategies.   Why Join Us?
