Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the testing monitoring and reporting standards and Product Services and Execution Standards (PSES) governance processes. Responsibilities include working with LoB's to perform quality assurance of PSES deliverables and control testing to ensure adherence with policy requirements. Other responsibilities include supporting LoB partners in the performance of the controls and completion of the deliverables, monitoring progress to remediate instances of non-adherence and collection of data for reporting of program execution and quality.

Major Responsibilities:

Perform Quality Assurance activities to ensure adherence with PSES requirementsPerform Control Testing Support LOB execution of PSES requirementsand monitoring activities to ensure adherence with Testing, Monitoring and Reporting standardsMonitor progress to remediate QA and Control testing exceptionsMonitor completion of deliverables and track receipt of deliverablesComplete monthly and quarterly file aggregation processes to support reportingAssist with the preparation of the annual test plan and reporting activitiesEnsure process documentation is current and accurateBuild strong relationships with all stakeholdersProactively support the Program Lead and identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree, advanced degree a plus5+ years in Quality Assurance, Control Testing or Risk Management at a BankWorking with complex enterprise processesExcel functions such as macros and lookupsAttention to detailExperience in Products & Services risk management desirableArcher, Open Pages and Tableau skills a plusProcess design, documentation, improvement are also a plusExcellent communication skills, written and verbalOwn and executeResults driven, with a strong sense of accountabilityA proactive, motivated approach.The ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordinglyStrong decision-making skills, with the ability to demonstrate sound judgmentOperating independently, acting as a self-starter and problem solverStrong teamwork and partnering skills

The typical base pay range for this role is between $88K - $127K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
