Job Description:

Job Duties

Provides reports to stakeholders, executives and revenue operations department leaders that support business decision making, which involves:

Development of reports, Tableau/CRMA dashboards for sales, client success/account management, demand generation (prospecting/leads KPIs), operations, and productData acquisition: Data for reports may be in different systems, which needs to be brought into a common databaseData integration: Once the data is in a common database, the relationship between different sources needs to be defined and maintained for meaningful reportingReport development – collaborates with end users to understand business requirements; develops analysis to map to existing data assets and develops a plan for report fulfillment using automation where possible.Provides accurate, insightful reporting – specifically reports on pipeline, activities, operational productivity trends and product utilization trends.Ensures that the content is reflective of the business and operational direction of the companyHighly engaged to deliver reports on schedule and on timeProvides oversight of information to troubleshoot reporting issues and unusual trendsAbility to create visualization using a BI toolPerforms ad hoc analysis as requested and generates business insights using a wide variety of data sources and BI toolsBuilds and maintains relationships with users to ensure adoption and buy-in of reporting solutions.Ability to research, analyze and interrogate business processes in order to create KPI’s and dashboards that will identify operational bottlenecks and inefficienciesSupports change management

Job Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, Masters is a plus3+ years of directly related experience.2+ years’ experience in utilizing tools to extract data points across systems2+ years’ experience in report developmentProficiency in a BI Tool such as Tableau, CRMA, DOMO, PowerBI, etc.Proficiency in SQL, Python, RProficiency with standard business and database software (MS Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Excel, SQL)ML/AI experience is a plusSalesforce experience is a plus

Knowledge and Skills: 

Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.Strong quantitative analysis capabilitiesAbility to learn new software as it related to reporting analysisTeam player as well as cross functionalityA self-starter, highly motivated, "get-the-job-done" attitudeA strong commitment to the Customer ExperienceStrong organization skills are requiredStrong presentation skills – will interface directly with internal customers and stakeholders  Experience with Business Intelligence/data warehousing life cycleMust possess working knowledge of reporting and database concepts.Ability to influence others

Annual Pay Range:

61,200 - 80,000 USD
