This role requires an excellent balance of multitasking of competing priorities and transactional execution. The Corporate Real Estate Lead will collaborate with multiple 3rd party vendors. This key role will collaborate with stakeholders across the entire organization to ensure consistent superior customer service. This professional will support continuous improvement initiatives and process consistency, while ensuring organizational alignment of charter and objectives. **Your Impact** **Responsibilities:** · Develop strong relationships and coordinate company real estate needs with key stakeholders within Under Armour. · Support and optimize a comprehensive service model that captures efficiency of common process while supporting client flexibility in high touch environments. · Partner with the Director and CRE teammates to assess current and future business needs and implement adjustments to the service delivery model as necessary. · Accurately maintain global lease report along with other pertinent real-time strategic real estate reporting to provide a clear and concise account and approach to UA real estate. · Collaborate with 3rd party Transaction Service Providers to efficiently develop alternatives and options for Corporate and Business Unit real estate requirements. · Proactively engage in the development of strategic approach to all UA real estate needs. · Manage and direct development of financial modeling in collaboration with finance team. · Partner with risk management to identify operations related risks and effective mitigation measures. · Ensure all real estate transactions are in full compliance with all applicable laws. · Prepare and present timely information to the real estate financial analyst and be involved with forecast reporting and budgeting processes. · Collaborate with Director to develop and implement consistent approach to real estate acquisition/disposition and leasing globally. **Resource Management:** · Proven success in contributing to financial aspects of transactions/projects with vendors, including Service Providers, and consultants. · External resources (consultants) o Transaction Service Providers o Architects and Designers o Contractors, suppliers, vendors, etc. o Auditors o Public relations (as required) o Internal resources o Project Management, Design, and Facilities & Operations o Controls, Sourcing & Procurement, and Accounting o Sales and Marketing o Corporate FP&A, Legal, Finance and IT **Internal Team Development:** o Ability to support common goals o Proven experience in developing strong internal partnerships. **Client Relationship Management:** o Must demonstrate a client service orientation. o Ability to develop positive relationships with client business units and consistently manage expectations. **General:** o Understanding of the financial implications of a proposed physical plan. o Thoroughly proficient at reading and interpreting leases, purchase orders and contracts. **Qualifications** · Bachelor’s degree required in a core discipline such as Real Estate, Business, or related profession. · Direct experience in managing key milestones for project success. · Experience with both in sourced and outsourced environments. · 5-10 years of direct commercial real estate and leasing experience strongly desired. · Brokerage experience a plus. Global experience recommended. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. · Ability to build internal relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders. · Possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to educate and train internal stakeholders. · Ability to communicate with governmental regulatory agencies. · Ability to gather, manage and present large data sets in a in a clear and concise manner. · Proficient with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel. · Ability to comprehend and learn new computer programs or tools. · Interpersonal skills to aid in the building of relationships with key stakeholders. · A self-motivator with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. · Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally · Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects **Workplace Location** + **Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our **Baltimore HQ** office. + **Return to Work Designation:** **3** days per week in-office, the remainder of work week remote. **Relocation** + No relocation provided **Base Compensation** **$64,493.00 - $88,678.70** **USD** Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
