Hire Resolve’s client, a dynamic and innovative architectural and interior design firm specializing in large-scale retail, commercial, and industrial projects, is currently seeking a Professional Architect (PrArch) to join their Cape Town team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned architect with a passion for delivering exceptional designs and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities Lead the architectural design process for large-scale retail, commercial, and industrial projects. Oversee project documentation and ensure alignment with client requirements and architectural standards. Manage and participate in site meetings, addressing project updates, challenges, and solutions effectively. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants. Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and quality standards. Utilize Revit to develop and refine architectural plans, details, and presentations. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Requirements Professional Architect (PrArch) registration. Minimum of 10 years’ experience working on large-scale retail, commercial, or industrial projects. Proven ability to manage and lead site meetings with diverse stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural design tools. Strong communication and organizational skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
