Position Overview: This role is responsible in developing ACUVUE® contact lenses market in countries assigned within the Caribbean; driving growth, and lead business with key customers, distribution partners and extended salesforce team. The candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a strategic growth mindset, ability to manage interpersonal relationships and proven track record of successful market development.

Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, internal business partners, management, and co-workers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or needs in a timely manner.Develop a deep understanding of customers and distributors business models, goals, and challenges.Lead relationship with distributors and extended salesforce (distributor’s sales representative and promoter) by coaching them while ensuring business plan is implemented successfully to attain sales targets through them. Lead representation of our company during customer’s and Eye Care Professional organizations events, congresses, and any other related events and/or activitiesBusiness Development:Responsible of attaining sales targets for assigned territory.Identify commercial opportunities and propose initiatives to improve the business and optimize sales.Generate and negotiate contracts agreements with customers and distributors to ensure beneficial partnerships.Lead relationship with Distributor’s Buyer and JJ Deliver team to analyze and rebalance Distributor’s inventory based on current trend and forecast.Analyze Distributor’s Sell-Out information to identify trends and opportunities to be discussed with Distributor’s leadership and implement action plan. Lead and support efforts to increase customers with inventory in their facilities to enhance their patients’ satisfaction level.Lead the development and execution of promotional, educational and training activities for Key Accounts and Eye Care Professional to drive sales and market share growth. Monitor and follow up proper customers use of diagnostic lenses in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.Support credit department as needed in the customer’s payment collection efforts.Lead and assist in any other additional or administrative tasks as per company request.Define customer visit plan based on Go to Market, Customer Segmentation and priorities; including extended salesforce team, PED and Marketing visit plan as part of customers reach expansion effort.Performance Analysis:Track and analyze key metrics related to customers and distributor performance.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on account status, business opportunities, and challenges.Implement corrective actions and initiatives to optimize performance and achieve targets.Training:Complete successfully assigned trainings to develop superior and updated knowledge on Acuvue® portfolio, competitive products, selling and negotiation skills.Lead, coach and train extended salesforce (distributor’s sales representative and promoters) to ensure business strategies and messages are implemented successfully.

Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Proven experience (5 years) in sales, key account management, distributor management, and/or business development roles. Health care sector experience is a plus.Strong understanding of sales principles, distribution channels, and customer relationship management.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions.Be proactive, organized, resourceful, and maintain accountability for own’s actions and make good judgment in the performance.Be able to work with minimum supervision; take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions without constant direction.Able to work flexible hours and occasionally weekends during events or traveling.Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and distributors (25% - 35%; depending on business needs).A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record are required. A clean driving record is considered one that does not have any combination of three or more violations or accidents, while the vehicle was in movement in the past three years or any combination of three or more violations or accidents, while the vehicle was moving, within any 6-month period).Computer literate required – advanced level (Microsoft Office and Outlook). English language fluency: 90%. Spanish language fluency: 100%
