Pay range is $77,000 - $87,000 per year, DOE, and includes a $75/month cell phone allowance, a performance-based compensation plan, and the following benefits:

The Professional Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for conducting, scheduling, creating, coordinating, and implementing various training and coaching activities for members. The PDM will conduct phone, on-site and off-site training sessions to facilitate the implementation of the Patients for Life® (PFL) programs with the goal of instilling sound customer service and training fundamentals, as well as implementing professional development plans aimed at helping the members achieve transformational growth. A successful PDM demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

Drive the PFL process within each member’s practice, resulting in growth for their business and helping more patients improve their health care journey.Gain buy-in and actionable support for PFL by members and their staff through coaching and by communicating the program’s value.Engage with members and their staff through regular phone coaching sessions on best practices, evaluating member call handling and transactional skills through remote and side-by-side monitoring.Partner with members and their staff to deliver the five pathways of training and development: 1) e-learning or short videos, 2) webinars, 3) live events, 4) office development, and 5) one-on-one coaching.Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness, adjusting and escalating concerns when appropriate.Build and deliver impactful professional development plans to members and their staff based on assessment of training needs and recommendations for improvement.Develop, foster, and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Strategic Business Unit (SBU) teammates, Audigy leadership, and shared services as well as members and their staff, taking all necessary steps or action to support these stakeholders in achieving business results.CAPABILITIES:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking (virtual and in person)Experienced, impactful trainer and facilitatorPossess a thorough understanding of current “best practices” and methodologies in training and adult learning, as well as extensive working knowledge of Audigy’s full scope of training programs and service offeringsHigh level of team orientation, collaboration, and peer leadershipSkilled in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and streamliningAbility to maximize internal systems, processes, and platformsAble to coordinate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders including leadership, SBU team, shared services and membersEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (Required):
Bachelor’s degree in a related area of studyAt least three years of experience in training, organizational development, coaching, or content development in a fast-paced, customer-focused settingWORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Hybrid work environment (Mondays and Wednesdays in-office for all staff, with occasional additional days as necessary for meetings and events)Full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMTravel required: up to 25%PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK DEMANDS:
This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
