Purpose of the role

In this role, you will support the clinical and professional development of Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and JJ colleagues to drive ACUVUE® advocacy.

What to expect:

Optimise customers’ and key influencers’ awareness of the clinical benefits of Johnson Johnson Vision (JJV) products in comparison to competitors’ products.Ensure JJVC products are used accurately by eye care professionals (ECPs).Elevate the scientific evidence that supports the performance of ACUVUE® products.Develop and deliver technical training for customers and JJV staff and maintain recognised expertise in the field of contact lenses. Training may be delivered through multiple channels including digital, podium and workshops.Utilise the Johnson Johnson Institute to deliver education programmes.Support the Sales and Marketing functions to develop and deliver customer-centric professional plansEnsure strong partnership with local professional bodies and to drive and shape external environment planning.Develop positive relationships and partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support ACUVUE® and contact lens category advocacyDevelop mutually helpful relationships with education bodies (professional organisations) to improve patient service.Lead the clinical/professional elements of product launchesLead colleagues that support the PED functionPurpose and activities may alter as business activities change with time
