Duties Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the annual Strategic Plan for Professional Education Development activities in the Iberian cluster.Optimize HPCs and key influencers' awareness of the clinical benefits of JJV products.Ensure correct usage of JJV products by HCPs through comprehensive training and mentorship.Elevate scientific evidence supporting the outstanding performance of JJV products.Lead education programs, providing procedure and product training for HCPs and their staff.Develop a broad speaker panel within the region for peer-to-peer education.Lead the execution of educational symposiums at regional and national conventions.Assist in developing new HCP training assets.Develop and implement concepts for technical and theoretical education.Build and maintain a database of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to establish robust engagement strategies.Develop partnerships with local professional bodies to drive external environment shaping and planning.Coordinate educational projects, conferences, programs, advisory boards, and local training.Partner with Marketing, Clinical Services, Post-Market Studies and other cross-functional teams to promote scientific evidence supporting JJV products.Ensure accuracy in all JJV technical/clinical information.Support new product introductions (NPIs) as they relate to surgeon/staff education and train internal teams.Copy Clearance Process Support, ensuring accuracy in all JJV technical and clinical information. Degree or equivalent experience in Optometry, Ophthalmology, Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or similar.Validated experience working successfully in a team and leading project teams.Strong budget management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical skills and fluency in Spanish language.Proficiency in business/technical English.Strong commitment to ethical principles and values.Advanced qualifications in Ophthalmology, specifically cataract and refractive surgery.Minimum 4 years of experience in Surgical Ophthalmology.Experience delivering training and presentations.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Johnson Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
