Professional Engineer
Job Title: Professional EngineerJob Description Provide technical planning, design, permitting, and construction support for various water utility projects, including collection systems, pump stations, wastewater treatment, reclaimed water, water treatment, water distribution, and other civil engineering projects. Attend client, public, project, and staff meetings, such as client progress reviews, plan reviews, and preconstruction meetings. Manage projects effectively. Supervise and mentor entry-level staff. Prepare engineering calculations and analyze alternatives. Develop design reports and construction plans in accordance with local and state standards. Review construction plans using AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D, and Revit. Prepare and assist with permit submittals. Create preliminary project cost estimates and evaluate quantities. Assist with and review the scope, budget, and schedule of new project tasks. Conduct on-site inspections as needed. Assist in preparing proposals.
