Departmental Overview The Recruiting Department is the division of Human Resources responsible for finding, recruiting, screening, and hiring quality candidates for our facilties to better serve our communities. (Part 2) · Oversees logging in, reviewing and screening of applications and resumes · Represents Human Resources and Employment for Norman Regional Hospital · Oversees Orientation lists Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field or equivalent. Experience Three years’ experience in Human Resources or personnel management or related field. Ten years of Human Resources experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Qualifications Experience Nurse recruitng or medical staffing experience preferred. Three years experience in Human Resources or personnel management or related field. Ten years of Human Resources experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field or equivalent (Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience). Schedule 8am to 5pm Work Shift Day Position Type Regular Full Time
