It is housed in the leadership development team who is responsible for foundational professional development and building leadership capability across all TTI companies. **Examples of duties and responsibilities:** + Lead critical leadership programs for individual contributors (Emerging Leader Program) and management levels in Milwaukee Tool. May include learner communication, stakeholder management, SME (Subject Matter Expert) partnerships, content development, and steering committee management + Assist as needed with execution of leadership programs for other TTI companies + Facilitate courseload of leadership and professional development classes + Partner with leadership beyond T&D to drive engagement in leadership and professional development courses + Manage needs analyses for key audiences + Manage team development process and lead execution of process + Manage learning plans and content in the learning management system **Role level requires the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:** **Knowledge & Application** Complete knowledge and full understanding of leadership development principles and practices. Assesses unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify cause. Resolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach. **Complexity & Problem Solving** Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Devises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues. Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action. **Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points.** **Collaboration & Interaction** Enhances relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter often **requiring persuasion** .
