Overview of the Job:
This role facilitates end-to-end return operation, from digital inventory deployment to tracking and monitoring return operation. This role also assists in data analytics and performance tracking for digital return operations, as well as new capability building and existing capabilities maintenance/ enhancement.
Key Partnership:
The daily work of this role requires close relationships with upper-stream and downstream partners, including Customer Service, Allocation, Order Management, Goods Flow, and the RSC management team. This role would also work with the tech, ED&A, and portfolio management teams for capability-building or performance monitoring purposes.
Job Responsibility:
1. Oversee the full end-to-end digital operation lifecycle, from daily opertion to RSC capability build up to ensure smooth operation and ample return inventory built-up for demand fulfilment.
2. Ensure adequate digital inventory sourcing and deployment strategies to maximum the utilization and efficiency of inventory. Continuously improve current tools and build new ones to assist in daily decision-making.
3. Monitor and improve return related KPIs, and provide data analytics for digital operations.
Functional Skill Required (Hard Skills)
1. Knowledge within the supply chain for overall inventory flow, and past experience within the inventory lifecycle such as warehouse operation would be a plus.
2. Strong analytical capability with ample experience in Excel required to execute daily work. Programming knowledge would be a plus.
