Adecco is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to join one of the leading distributors of specialty and oncology medications at their Irving, Texas location.
The FRM will manage an assigned territory, focusing on supporting reimbursement and patient services for a specific drug. This role involves providing assistance with patient reimbursement challenges, including benefit investigation, prior authorization, claims assistance, and appeals. The FRM will also educate physician offices on payer landscapes and available services through both remote interaction and on-site training.
**Experience Required:**
+ **Must** possess 2 to 5 years of experience managing an assigned territory focused on supporting reimbursement and patient services for a specific drug, including benefit investigation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide assistance with patient reimbursement challenges, including benefit investigation, prior authorization, claims assistance, and appeals.
+ Educate physician offices on payer landscapes and available services through remote interaction and on-site training.
+ Build and maintain relationships with physician offices and manufacturer representatives to effectively deliver services based on customer-specific preferences.
+ Work independently in a fast-paced, highly visible environment, as well as collaboratively with internal program hub support services to ensure all customer needs are met.
+ Frequently interact via telephone with providers and internal staff to arrange site visits, manufacturer trainings, and educational training venues.
+ Maintain a solid working knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance plans and benefit structures to relay detailed benefit information and maximize the customer experience.
+ Travel as required for project management and/or account coordination based on client expectations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong understanding of Medicare and commercial insurance plans and benefit structures.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Willingness to travel as required.
The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 47 and $50.
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

**Pay Details:** $47.00 to $50.00 per hour
