Coordination/Administration of Professional Customer Sales Programs. To provide support to Professional Programs such as composition and production of correspondence, file maintenance, and special projects. Assist Professional Programs in all day-to-day activities and projects as deemed necessary by management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Professional Programs
Data entry of Worry Free contracts
Data entry of Certified Auto Repair contracts
Manage website listing for C.A.R. customers
Place orders for new C.A.R. and W.F. customer material
Scanning and indexing
Weekly email communications to field team members
Provide technical support for field Team Members on all Professional Programs offerings
Program’s Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly)
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Required:High school diploma
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects occurring simultaneously
Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Lotus Notes and heavy Excel Spreadsheets
Experience in data entry and 10-key
Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively
Must present a professional company image and positive attitude
Comfortable in a TEAM-oriented work environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to lift packages up to 40 lbs
Desired:Advanced computer skills
Knowledge of automotive products
Technical training or schooling
