Professional Relations Manager, Haematology
Due to a promotion, we are recruiting a new Professional Relations Manager for our Haematology Team, within the Oncology Business UnitCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package for this field-based role, with excellent opportunities for career progressionReporting to the Haematology Business Unit Manager, the PRM’s primary objective is to rapidly build relationships with external experts, to develop and execute tactics involving those experts, aligned to brand strategy. The PRM is an integral role within the brand team, actively contributing towards the Brand Strategy by continually sharing insight from expert engagements that will drive new ideas and initiatives for the Brand Team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Strong collaboration with the In Field Team to drive advocacy on a local, regional level and national level and to support IFT peer to peer executionIntegration with cross functional team to drive core EE engagement and development in line with the tactical planManagement of international and national congresses, advisory boards, and national promotional meetings, including speaker identification and briefingManagement of agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered to a clear brief, on time and within budgetQualifications
Qualifications
Educated to degree level, and ABPI qualifiedDetailed understanding of the NHSExperience in effectively working in cross-functional teams and matrix environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong financial acumenAbility to build strong relationships and influence expertsStrong scientific knowledgePreferred Experience
Previous experience in a Professional Relations type roleKnowledge of Haematology is advantageousKnowledge and relationships with key Oncology/Haematology stakeholdersMarketing/Project Management or other relevant experience that compliment this roleKey Leadership Competencies:
