Professional Sales System Administrator

The Professional Sales System Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and the Salesforce development team to provide key insights, and map out a winning business strategy for Salesforce (O’PRO). Responsible for driving improvements of professional sales systems and analytical capabilities for both corporate and field teams. The System Administrator will be responsible for the execution of all training, support, and communication to field team members regarding O’PRO and mobile sales tools.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Serve as the lead system administrator and analyst for Salesforce (O’PRO) strategy and future development efforts.

Identify areas of opportunity to develop automation and create user value in O’PRO.

Identify, plan, and administer system changes without interruption to the user.

Collaborate with field leadership team, to seek out and identify needed system changes and enhancements.

Oversee and coordinate all change management processes with IT and field Team Members for O’PRO

Mentor and lead other team member’s development in support of our O’PRO initiatives.

Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system.

Complete regular quality assurance testing and prepare for upgrades to ensure UI/UX is acceptable for users.                                              

Administer the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests for business matter experts.          

Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.

Based on research and analysis present detailed information and recommendations regarding professional systems upgrades and changes to senior and executive level management.

Partner with the salesforce development team to create processes in salesforce.com to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads.

Work closely with other stakeholders (within and outside the organization as needed) to successfully deploy  O’PRO software after extensive testing and quality assurance

Assist in creating and maintaining user roles, profiles and hierarchies.

Handle all basic administrative functions including reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.       

Coordinate software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing.

Administer and coordinate the delivery and training of all tablets for field sales team members.

Report the usage of data and applications on all field tablets to corporate and field leaders

Manage all material loaded and stored in TSM tablet content locker by working closely with the Pro Sales Marketing Team.           

                         

SSKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.

Certified Salesforce Administrator.        

Experience leading and developing medium to large scale Salesforce integration and feature based initiatives.

Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Proficient using SQL, SAQL

Proficient using AirWatch software.

Proficient iOS software for mobile devices          

Excellent project management skills            

Desired: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification.

2+ years O’Reilly store operations or field sales experience
