Professional Service Engineer

We seek a Professional Service Engineer.
You will closely collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and build Ribbon's products.
During the phases of new system construction, upgrade and migration, PS is responsible for practical tasks such as software installation, guidance, and support.
Responsibilities:
Build and support Ribbon products through direct interactions with customers.Installation software, upgrading software, and configuration settings for customers' systems.Validation Test during System Construction.Technical support for QA from the customer.Documents (Operation Manual, installation MOP, configuration sheet, etc) generation.Requirements:
5 years or more of project experience. At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.Hands on experience in working in Linux/Unix environments.Hands on experience in cloud platforms.Native level or JLPT Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1 level (speaking and writing).English - proficient level (speaking and writing).Effective communication skills to lead and coordinate team activities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively lead issue resolution.The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Japan.
