Job Duties:
• Meet with customers to define and document business requirements;
• Translate requirements to software solutions;
• Configure company software;
• Validate and load data templates populated by customers;
• Develop reports with company report writing tools;
• Assist customers with system adoption after go-live;
• Work primarily on larger projects with multiple team members all reporting to a project manager, although at times may work independently on smaller projects;
