The Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of Tungsten Automation Corporation products.

 

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position includes the following but not limited to 

Consultants are expected to provide first-class customer service while managing multiple projects concurrently. They must demonstrate strong organizational skills and be able to professionally communicate with customers, management, and other members of the Professional Services, Sales, and Product Development and Support teams.   Consultants must work efficiently in a team environment and provide consistent communication and project documentation to the customer and other team members such as project managers and other consultants. They must also demonstrate the ability to apply technology to provide solutions for business needs.   Consultants are responsible for technical component delivery and assumes responsibility for testing the application code to verify that programs follow standards and meets technical specifications. The Consultant will actively participate in work groups and work sessions with functional and technical consultants.  As part of a rapidly growing company, it is also highly encouraged to develop professional skills and take advantage of given opportunities for advancement.   An extensive training program is provided as part of the consultant onboarding program that includes extensive software training as well as shadowing experienced consultants in solution design and implementations.
