Responsibilities:
Responsible for crafting and maintaining Professional Services contract records.
Review customer contracts for invoicing, revenue, and tax terms.
Build and maintain billing and revenue schedules.
Point of escalation for team; assist with unclear instructions/terms, help drive resolution.
Partner with multiple Operations and Finance teams to resolve issues, clarify process flows, and find opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
Assist with month-end responsibilities.
Brainstorm automation use cases and process improvements.
Update procedural documentation.
Special projects as assigned.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
3 + years of accounting or finance analyst experience.
2 + years accounts receivable or contract order management experience.
Other Qualifications:
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Organized, detail oriented and accurate.
Ability to research and resolve.
Strong ability to follow through and take ownership of issues.
Ability to work independently.
Strong digital literacy is vital, including Excel.
Very detail oriented, accurate and organized.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven track record to work with all levels of management.
Customer service focused and solution oriented.
